Roxas City – “Today marks another opportunity and innovation for Roxas City. The inauguration of Sitio Uno Residences implies that Roxas City is now embracing advancement, development, and innovation,” says Roxas City Mayor Ronnie Dadivas in his message at the launching of Sitio Uno Residences in Pueblo de Panay Township last October 15, 2019.

Sitio Uno Residence, the first condotel in Roxas City, is a serviced apartment within the Sitio Uno Condominium. It is envisioned to be a “cozy condotel” for daily, weekly, or monthly accommodations. Managed by Circulo Hotel, Inc. (CHI) for its sister company, Pueblo de Panay, Inc. (PDPI), it extends the signature Pueblo de Panay Brand of Quality into the Tourism and Hospitality Industries.

The 4th hospitality player within Pueblo de Panay Township’s 670-hectare integrated community development, Sitio Uno Residences is a welcome addition to the existing hotels in the township, Hotel Veronica, Urban Manor, and Islands Hotel. Each room has its own air-conditioned bedroom, living room with sofa bed, pantry with complimentary breakfast, cable television, Wi-Fi connection, and swimming pool access. All Sitio Uno Residences units are serviced by a front desk with a friendly concierge. All these features and amenities give Sitio Uno Residences guests, as well as Sitio Uno Condominium unit owners, the advantage of enjoying hotel-standard services and amenities.
