Sacred Heart of Jesus Development Corporation (SHJDC) is the pioneer developer that introduced affordable, excellent, and gated community-living in Roxas City. A sister company of Pueblo de Panay, Inc. (PDPI), we have provided more than 9,000 residential and commercial units catering to all market segments: residential subdivisions offering lots and/or housing units from high-end to middle-market housing, economic housing, and even to socialized housing market segments.

SHJDC was set up and incorporated in 1992. Since then, it has developed 15 residential subdivisions and has also worked on 14 socialized housing projects for the urban poor, including Gawad Kalinga projects.
